What to expect at your visit

Expect to be seen on time so please arrive on time. Electronic Medical record Forms are required to be filled out at the first visit, so please make sure you are early for your visit to do so.

Do I need a referral to use your other services?

No – but you may see the medical doctor first to see which other health service may be best for you. Our medical doctors work as a team with other health care providers to coordinate the best care plan for you.
